Non-Controlled Substance Packaging & Repackaging Service

As a contract packager, the vast majority of the products we repackage are generic medications which our customers then distribute to hospitals, physician’s offices, long-term care facilities, and other health care organizations.

Our primary method of repackaging involves the use of inner packs consisting of up to twenty-four (24) repackaged bottles, depending on the bottle size required. These inner packs are then placed in larger shipping cartons for return to our customers.

A large part of Sandhills Packaging’s operations is in the area of non-controlled substance repackaging from bulk packages to “unit of use” bottles. This includes both Rx Only and over-the-counter (“OTC”) solid medications. Packaging sizes run the gamut, from two (2) doses up to five hundred (500) doses or more.
